February, 2012 - If you need help, jane is the person to help you out. She has the best customer service and personal care. She was very patient and helpful in helping us decide on our winter vacation and delivered our tickets right to our door. Thanks, Jane! - Holly Johnston

Jane organized our trip to Punta Cana last fall, It was a dream come true, like a week in heaven, and that extra touch of organizing a day trip into the nearest city with a english speaking taxi driver that never left our side was so wonderful. Jane Really went the Extra Mile for us as she does for all her Clients....We Can't Thank You Enough. We didn't want to come home! Thanks Jane!!!

Jane was able to book my family`s hotel in Boston for half the price that I could get on my own.

It is my job to travel to all our company locations across the country to train our employees. Jane makes this process seamless, with no worries for me.

Jane did a great job planning our next vacation. We are seniors, Jane came to our house, sat down with us, inquired about our wish list for the trip, and took care of every detail, and delivered our tickets. We never had to leave the house.

We just got home from the trip of a lifetime. Jane organized a two week trip to Italy, Austria and Germany. It was unbelievable!!! We would recommend Jane in a New York minute... Even though we have never been there...

The trip was great. The resort was GORGEOUS! I will forward you pictures once I upload them to the computer. To give you a quick review-

The beach - sandy, clear water, no sandbags in the water like other beaches in the Mayan, good service from the waitresses on the beach, it was a bit challenging finding chairs, but we did always end up finding 2 together.

The pool - There are 3 pools. The buildings farthest from the lobby have their own pool. There is a small activity pool that is always set up for volleyball and one HUGE pool with 3 swim up bars.

The food - BEYOND FANTASTIC! John and I are both foodies. The food was incredible. There are 2 restaurants open for breakfast, but we only ate at the buffet one. It was fabulous. You could have anything you wanted - fruit, steak & eggs, fresh donuts, oatmeal, you name it, they had it! For lunch, there are also 2 restaurants open - we only ate at the one by the beach. It was also great. A lot of Mexican type foods, but also lots of other variety. Dinners were the best part. We ate at the lobster restaurant twice and had surf and turf. The desserts were great - not as sweet as Canada, but still very good. The Indonesian, Japanese and Mexican restaurants were also very good. The service is fantastic and the food is all high quality.

The room- we were upgraded to a different suite for free. It was beautiful. Not a typical tropical destination room. It was very European. The only criticism was that the toilet area had a see through glass door and there was only a curtain between the tub and sleeping area so you could see the other person watching tv as you were on the toilet (and vice versa). We were in the building closest to the lobby and farthest from the beach. The resort is very big, and the majority of restaurants are in the lobby, so it was nice to be close for breakfast and dinner.

The resort - beautiful grounds with lots of water and ponds throughout. It was very beautiful. There is a lot to do - a gym, ping pong, volleyball, bikes, darts, etc. We appreciated all the activities because the weather was rainy and cool. There were shows every night and a big Mexican fiesta one night. They also hosted a dance party in the courtyard every night.

Sunquest and Skyservice were both easy to deal with. Flying out of London was soooooo easy and so much better than Toronto. Thanks for that suggestion!

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It would also be a great spot for a destination wedding. Our only downfall was the weather, but it was still better than Sarnia! The hotel was nicer than the El Dorado Seaside Suites in the Mayan which is also a 5 star adults only. We also heard good things about the Bavaro, The El Dorado Royale and The Mayacoba from locals in Playa Del Carmen.

Thanks for all your help in booking... we will let you know when we start to plan for next year. I am thinking St. Lucia or Aruba... so I better start saving now!! :)

Jane, I just wanted to thank you for the fantastic job you did planning our European cruise. You took care of every possible detail for us, quickly and efficiently, our vacation could not have been better. I also wanted to thank you for the lovely bottle of chardonnay you sent to our balcony stateroom.

I would recommend your travel agent skills to anyone.
